A universe is a web page.
Clicking the link at the 3D Home Page creates an uninitialized 3Dtm Web Page, with its own unique URL, and takes you to it.
An uninitialized Universe consists of (on a Web Page), a set of controls. The Initialization Control initiates an Initialization Dialog.
By a View I mean a Canvas, an array of pixels in the browser window.
