My fantasy is to build work yards ... and rent them out as a business.
Right now I'm thinking about doing personal size work yards: backyard work yards.
To qualify as a work yard the yard needs to be equipped with ... paved open space ... connected sheltered space ... secure storage for tools and materials ... display space for work.
A block for chopping wood, and a cabinet for storing the ax.
A woodworker's work bench, and a cabinet for saws and clamps.
A complete pottery.
A smithy. A machine shop.
A rock yard.
Add a foundry and it sounds just like Cosanti.
My preferred approach would be to put together a lot of money, build an organization, do lots of planning, and build a bunch of these in clusters sort of everywhere.
