Just scanned a very long document, scrolling and scrolling using the touch screen interface. It's just, I think, extremely important that the Web can display a document of that kind of length. It's also problematic, but that's for another time and place. At any rate, it wasn't a very data dense document, I just had to scan and scan to travel from one item I needed from it to another, and the fact that I could do so was pretty fascinating. The fact that I could do so - procure the document, and then scan it - from my chair, without having to otherwise go to the library. From my garden, I was able to do it.
Thinking about ... what? I mean, I'm cooking some rice, and washing dishes, and I'm thinking about ... something. What was it? It wasn't scanning documents. It wasn't deliveries or cell phone plans or email. It wasn't even cooking. It was somewhere outside of all those things, but related to, well, something.
There was the theme of investing internationally, that's been developing all day, with new information about that, information that came from the document I was scanning. It was something at least vaguely like that, appropriately Halloweenish. It was something scary and monstrous. But completely businesslike, utterly neutral. Zen. Taoist. Financial.
At any rate, this is what I can come up with in terms of a complete business plan.
