This is why we're talking about a system for organizing projects, but if you try to analyze projects as discrete whatevers, you will again run into trouble. This is what I predict.

It is proposed that we define a project as a person - to put it more broadly, as an entity.

This person, or entity, is involved in a collection of projects ... all of which are likely to be related in various ways. (And, since this is a more discrete context, it is likely that the links between things will be easier to define.)

It is proposed that a list of persons, and entities, might be a helpful way to organize a body of practical information.
